Southern Property Solutions LLC has been a family-operated construction company since 2014. We started with a simple goal: give homeowners and property owners across North Florida quality building work at rates that make sense. That commitment has shaped every project we have taken on.

Our founder launched the business because he saw a gap in the local market. Too many contractors were either cutting corners or charging prices that pushed good work out of reach for everyday families. He believed it did not have to be that way. Southern Property Solutions was built to prove that point.
